Physical Therapy benefits vary greatly from insurer to insurer and plan to plan. It is your contractual obligation to know and follow the rules of your own insurance plan.
If you are not sure of these rules we advise you to call the "800" number on your insurance card to confirm what your carrier covers.
We accept most insurances, however, it is always best to check with your own insurance company to verify your Physical Therapy coverage and check to see if you have a co-pay or deductible.
