Following years of learning many approaches to treatment, Kathy achieved  the designation of Postural Restoration Certified (PRC) in 2011 as a result of advanced training, extraordinary interest and devotion to the science of postural adaptations, asymmetrical patterns, and the influence of muscles on the body as defined by the Postural Restoration Instituteâ„¢.

 

Professional training with the Postural Restoration Institute includes :

Myokinematic Restoration, Pelvis Restoration, Postural Respiration, Cervical-Cranio-Mandibular Restoration, Impingement & Instability, Advanced Integration, Interdisciplinary Restoration, PRI Integration for Fitness and Movement, as well as a variety of Annual Symposiums on different topics.

Additional training includes Women's Health and Pelvic Floor Disorders: Evaluation and treatment of patients with incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse and other pelvic floor dysfunction, osteoporosis and Movement System Impairment Syndromes.
