What We Do

Manchester Physical Therapy provides personalized, one-on-one outpatient physical therapy for individuals in Manchester, Manchester Center, Stratton, and the surrounding Southwestern Vermont communities. We help people recover from orthopedic injuries, joint pain, post-surgical conditions, and movement limitations affecting the back, neck, shoulders, hips, knees, and more.

Our experienced physical therapists create customized treatment plans built around your goals, lifestyle, and needs. Treatment may include therapeutic exercise, hands-on manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, proprioceptive training (PNF), instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and other evidence-based techniques to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve function.

We believe physical therapy works best when it is personal. Every visit is focused on you—not a stopwatch or a preset protocol. Our team works closely with patients from Manchester, Manchester Center, Stratton, Dorset, Pawlet, Arlington, Bennington, Granville, Sunderland, Winhall, Peru, and nearby Vermont towns to help them move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they enjoy.
